Group Coaching

Better conversations. Stronger teams.

Leadership is a team sport. How people communicate, make decisions and take responsibility shapes how the whole team performs.

My group coaching sessions give people space to step back from the day-to-day, understand themselves and each other more clearly, and practise better ways of working together.

They’re practical, interactive and grounded in the challenges your team is facing—with room for honest conversation, fresh perspectives and a bit of humour.

Professional development starts with personal development.

People bring their whole selves to work: their confidence, habits, assumptions, ambitions and the ways they respond under pressure.

When we understand those things better, we have more choice about how we lead, contribute and work with others. That’s employee agency: having the confidence, clarity and opportunity to take meaningful action.

My approach helps people strengthen that agency while building the trust and shared understanding a team needs to work well together.

What we can work on

I work with you to shape each session around your people and what you want to achieve. Areas we can explore include:

  • Helping new managers find their feet and develop their own approach to leadership.
  • Building self-awareness, emotional intelligence and clearer communication.
  • Handling pressure and finding a more sustainable balance between performance and wellbeing.
  • Strengthening trust, accountability and collaboration.
  • Creating space for planning, strategy and honest conversations about what comes next.

Whether it’s a team workshop, an off-site or a series of sessions, the aim is the same: useful learning that carries into everyday work.

Something to take back to work.

A good session should give people more than a few interesting ideas.

I want participants to leave with a clearer understanding of themselves, stronger connections with their colleagues, and practical tools they feel ready to use.

We turn the conversation into clear next steps—what to try, what to change and how to support each other along the way.

Let’s talk about your team.

Tell me what’s happening in your team, what you’d like to improve and what you want people to take away. We can work together to shape something relevant, engaging and useful.
